Dear Cheska, I had no make up on?

Hey there Monica here!! =)

What a week!!! That’s all I can say.. well you guys know that this semester has not been really good to me, but I am just doing everything I can so I can survive it! Well, this week marked the start of my busiest weeks ever, so do pray for me okay!!

Well let’s talk about Cheska’s Challenge.. hmm I must say, initially I thought it was pretty tough! Because in my 8-9 years here in Singapore, never have I gone to school without wearing my eyebrows at the very least!! So I thought this challenge was rather difficult! Well, I can consider it as one of the most challenging yet! But, thanks to my siblings and friends for making things easier for me. They came up with really funny, and ridiculous ideas for me to keep up with my eyebrows! Haha! So did I pass?

Well, I did not, because I wore make up for 2 days. But I feel like I’ve done well because I went to school for 4 days without make up and that itself is an achievement already! How did I feel? Well, it felt liberating at some point, because I was facing people without anything on my face, (something I never thought would happen HAHA! It might sound exaggerating but really! You guys know how much I love my eyebrows!) I think I would have complete the challenge if I did not have my project day this week and if did not attend a forma birthday celebration. But nonetheless it was an interesting challenge :> Did I appreciate my natural beauty even more? Well not really, because I’m pretty much used to seeing my face without making up on, especially when I’m home. So yea, maybe it just made me more confident to go out without any bit of make-up.

My week was crazy busy!! Especially on Friday, we had our project day and as you can see it was loaded with fun performances and an embarrassing one for me HAHA!! We went home pretty late, and we got lost, and we found our way. I was moving from one place to another on Saturday! Birthday party in the morning followed by make –up gig in the afternoon and church at night!

Loaded with work, test, essays, reports and all sort of submission this week so wish me luck guys!!

As for Cheska’s challenge, I thought it was boring to ask her to do the same thing rather I modified it 360 degrees! I challenge her to wear full make up (3 different looks) on 3 weekdays, doesn’t have to be on consecutive days. Make up includes, foundation, blush, bronzer, eyeshadow, brows, lashes and lipstick. And 1 out of the 3 days, she has to wear falsies!! I read her tweet about her having too many lip products so this is her chance to put them in use! =) We’ll be expecting a lot of make-up tips from her this week!!! And I’m so excited for it!! :> Have a blessed week ahead!
