Hey there! Monica here!! :>

I am the type of person who wears shorts most of the time, or should I say ALL THE TIME. & with this scorching hot weather, it is definitely considered as one of my wardrobe staples.

Here I am wearing this super-duper cute, slightly distressed- denim shorts with daisy/crochet details at the side and lower part. I matched it with this boyfriend-shirt in white (yes, I got this from the men’s section), as I love the cutting and the texture is super comfortable!! As you guys know, my closet mostly includes basics, black and white, with a few pieces of prints and colors, most of the time I play with a plain canvas and just work my way up by adding accessories & to be honest you can never go wrong with white :>

I added this spring/summer-like statement necklace in teal and a few bracelets in the colours white-teal and peach. I also chose to bring a clutch as this is spacious enough to put my stuff in. Though I was not able to capture a close up shot of my earrings, I was wearing a gold daisy stud earrings to match my denim shorts Heheee!

I chose to wear this peep toe flats for an overall casual look.

Wait, you don’t think I’ll end it there right? Of course for a nice pop of colour I chose to wear this bright coloured, pinky-reddish-corally lip colour! What is summer without bold lip colour?
