Cheska's Thoughts...

Hello! We are so back for another #OOTD!!!! And this is probably one of the best and most special post yet…. Because it marks the end of our life as Polytechnic students and we finally got our diplomas!!! YEY! So yeah the theme will be “Graduates”.

For more pictures check out our #OOTD Gallery

In this #OOTD we are wearing our graduation robes, and honestly speaking it feels good to be posing in front of the camera with this on! And Yeah, the material made me feel a bit ‘hot’ during the graduation day itself.. but c’mon it is not everyday I get to wear a graduation robe! LOL As for my top I went with the typical white long sleeve polo from G2000 and yes it is a must to wear formal underneath the robe.

For my bottoms, I went with a black-one slit skirt from G2000 as well instead of wearing slacks. I find it more comfy when I went for the skirt. The downside about this skirt is that it’s a bit big and yet the length is quite short. Okay, I am complaining about the length just because it is suppose to be a formal skirt, so yuh… HAHA.

I decided to go with a simple hairstyle, which is basically straight, and I just pinned my hair at one side. I think graduation is about looking like yourself and yet being presentable so I just applied a very light make-up to cater for the natural look. And for my accessories I just wore some jewelries from my mom and grandma, of course my ever fave chrono watch from DKNY. As for my shoes I decided to go with a pointed close-toe higheels from Giovani. I like the fact that it is a higheels but the height is still bearable for prolonged walking and running. And I guess I can also try wearing this pair of shoes for a casual outfit.

So that’s it for my Graduation #OOTD! If you are graduating anytime soon or whenever, remember to savour the moment, capture it and look stunning! Be yourself and smile because these are photos and videos that will be shown to our future children, so let’s make them proud! HAHAHA! And yes… I will talk more about the graduation experience in our next posts so stay tune!

“Dream high, Aim high!”

Monica's Thoughts...

Hey there!!! Monica here!! :>

**Oopsie, i put my picture-with-my picture HAHA! It has been a loooong time since we last posted a blog. & we are so-so sorry about that. We have been really-crazily BUSY and the reason will be further elaborated as we post our monthly highlights within this week. =) So moving on to one of my most favourite #OOTD! And our first comeback post after weeks!

To some of you this might just be a plain graduation robe. But NO. this is not just a graduation robe but OUR GRADUATION ROBE! (Hope you got the emphasis) Haha, wearing this symbolizes our successful completion of our 3 years in polytechnic. Accompanied by equal parts of hardship and enjoyment. (FEELING AWESOME! HAHA) Underneath this graduation robe, i was wearing a plain white formal long sleeves top (my sister's) and it is from Dano, and a black bandage skirt that i've had for years from Bugis, and since this was just our graduation pictorial i got to wear my ever trusted black pumps from an online shop. Our school has strict graduation attire requirements which did not really allow us to wear the dress of our choice. (Sad) =))

As for the hair, i was about to curl my hair, (YEA I KNOW AS ALWAYS) Cheska suggested, why not leave it straight for a change =)) And so i did. and i feel that i really looked different and fresh HAHA!

I went for a very simple look that i always go for. A simple smokey eye. But this time, i took a step further by wearing falsies! Woot woot, it was my first time trying to put it myself and i succeeded! woohooh! Some of the make up products that i used will be featured in our monthly faves so stay tuned for that! ;)

Alright so that's it for my graduation #OOTD. We promise to be back on track as we have a lot of posts in-stored for you! =)
