Not many people know that I am a sucker for soups! I love that it is so light and yummy not to mention could be healthy too! Here I have, is The Soup Spoon Mushroom Soup, I love mushroom soup in general and my dad makes a delicious one too! Maybe one day I’ll share with you his recipe (HIHI).

I feel that this mushroom soup is pretty bland for my liking, there are definitely seasonings in there but I don’t think it has enhanced the flavour profile so much, to the extent that I want it to. However, I like the consistency not runny/watery and not too thick, and there are actually chunks of mushroom for some texture. It comes with a piece of wholemeal bread, bread roll as what they call it. It was actually my first time trying out at Soup Spoon and I would love to try more of their other soups! Cos I love soups like that =))

** I forgot how much was it, but i remember they were a having student promotion going on: ~6-7 $ sgd.
