Today’s #FoodPorn post is this battered fish sandwich meal with sour cream and onion fries, well as the name of this place suggests, “Everything with fries” offers 5 different flavours of fries that could go along with your choice of burger/sandwich: Original, Garlic, Sour cream and onion, curry and salt and vinegar.

Thinking that my friends and I would share the fries, HAHA I ended up choosing sour cream and onion as those who have ordered before me, already ordered the different flavours, (I actually wanted to try the garlic :p) Haha! But ya know, we were having fun chatting and were not really able to “share” the fries hehee!

I must say that what I enjoyed most was the buns! They claimed that their buns were freshly made and it’s their own recipe (well as far as I could remember reading from their menu). In most burgers, I feel that it is the bun that sets the best apart. Their buns are very light and has a nice crisp; I could taste the heavenly butter and it is nicely salted and it just melted in my mouth!.

The battered fish had a nice light coating, and lesser oil than most of the battered fish I’ve had. I would actually prefer if the fish was grilled making it healthier and I would love to have that char flavour! Nonetheless it was okay, and tasted much better with the cheesy sauce :>

The fries however, I am not really a fan of, it just tasted like Lays chips, I was expecting their fries to be more outstanding, I don’t know, maybe because of their name, haha! I have also tasted their Normal flavour, and it was meehh. I’d love to try out other flavours though!

Overall, I like the ambiance, it is a good place to meet up with your friends, and the service was not bad at all. We went to their orchard central branch :>

I am not saying that the food was not good, it was actually not bad, and i dont see my self not ordering this again. I would recommend this to a friend who loves fish! Haha! hmm and mayb i was just expecting something better. Though i really really enjoyed the buns, and i heard that they have other pretty outstanding meal, which i would try next time. =)
