Hello! Cheska here, and for this week’s #OOTD my theme is ‘City Chic’. This outfit is mainly about being me and yet I still tried to rock the formal wear. Okay, not so much of the formal wear but more on semi-casual kind of thing, although my Pink blazer kinda gave off the more-formal-than-casual look. I decided to wear my black and white strips dress from H&M, as wearing these colours will never lead you to the wrong path if you want to be formal and yet fashionable, its kinda the compromise factor. Actually this dress is long, not the max dress long but it is almost covering my knee, but with the help of a bit of folding and a handy Neon Pink belt from Talsman, I solved this problem without sewing or cutting anything. As for the shoes I decided to wear a Covered-Toe Red Velvet Pumps from Payless and a Red Ballerina Flats from Step-Rite Philippines, my purpose for the shoes variation was to cater a comfortable (ballerina flats) and edgy (Pumps) look at the same time. The Pink Blazer was a must have deal that I got from Forever 21 while both the Leopard Sunnies and Bag were from Cotton On. This #OOTD pictorial is one of my fave post ever and photo credits goes to my friend Pia. This photoshoot is my fave mainly because of the location, especially the mural that we really searched for. And lastly, you don’t have to look boring just to be formal, just be yourself with a spice of class and originality. <3 Cheska
