Hi guys!!! For my very first #OOTD I've decided to wear a set of outfit that I've had for quite some time now but I was not able to wear it just yet. The theme that I've thought of was "Sweet Summer". I picked a floral dress with black stripes on it, this dress managed to emphasize my fair skin tone and it complemented my background at the same time.

I've decided to wear an orange outerwear from Cotton On to compliment the dress and summer is all about bright colours after all. Having an outerwear is plus especially when you go out for a stroll as the wind can sometimes give you the jitters especially with this dress, which was a halter back type. I did not wear any necklace as the detail of the dress up to my collarbone was already good enough and I wanted to make this look as simple as possible. The accessories that I used were then colourful wooden bracelets that I made myself and the earrings was a Floral Capiz that I got as a present. The watch that I used was a DKNY Woman's Violet Chronograph Ceramic Bracelet watch which is also my all-time favourite so you will see it often :) . Another highlight of this dress was the orange-covered toe wedge with ballerina lace, by Charles and Keith. I picked this wedge due to the colour that perfectly matches the whole theme of my outfit and it complements my dress and outerwear. This wedge just made my simple dress look more attractive and my outfit became more like a semi-formal wear. I decided not to bring any bag as the typical me who will go for a stroll at the park will not bother to bring one anyways.... However, for those who cannot live without a bag I advice you to carry a small sling bag with floral pattern or neon coloured equipped with your essentials. To have a total Sweet Summer outfit the ingredients will be a tropical coloured dress and the outerwear is optional with the added spice of a bright coloured shoes and even flats for those who are going for comfortable look. Wearing accessories is totally an additional factor but be careful not to over accessorize as its summer afterall, the heat might just get into you. This Sweet Summer look showcased the girly side of me, tune in for my next #OOTD wherein I will showcase the retro-styled chick look that will be more suitable for casual outings with friends or for school.
